I had very good experience with Switch my loan team. In the month of June I approached 2 banks for a home loan but the salesperson of the banks delayed my home loan process for almost 2 months and they ignored my calls. I have a lot of pressure from builder for money because my 2 months were already wasted by hdfc and axis bank salesperson. Then my friend suggested to try switch my loan's services. I had a conversation with Mr. Raj from Switch my loan, who gave me assurance of loan sanction within time. They did the collection of documents, signature and verification process very fast. They guided me at each step and finally i got my home loan disbursement within time as per their commitment. 1. Two banks have deducted processing fees of Rs 5900/- for the loan process in the first meeting for loan sanction. Their sales person just wanted to login their file and achieve their target But Switch my loan first searched a suitable bank or financial company for me. After assurance of loan sanction, the respective financial company deducted processing fees. 2. Bank's people ignored my 30-35 calls in last 2 months. Whereas Switch my loan team member, never ignores my calls. Thanks to Rama and Raj bhai for taking my every call and guiding me in difficult time. 3. In my case Bank people do not come for collection of documents but Switch my loan team arranges their employee to collect documents. I need not to worry about visiting their branch or take any leave. 4. Delayed by the Bank for 2 months whereas switch my loan did it within 20-25 days. 5. Delay in verification by Banks whereas Switch my loan did verification very quickly.
